After four years serving Knox County as a county commissioner, life-long resident Michele Carringer is now ready to take her commitment to Knox County’s students to Nashville. During her time on the County Commission, Carringer opposed all tax increases, and worked to fully fund the School budget, including support for the new Adrian Burnette Elementary School. She supports safe and effective schools that serve the needs of every student in Tennessee.
